Buds is a small, personal project made with care by one person. By using it you agree to these short terms.

• Your garden is yours. The people, hellos, and notes you put in belong to you, and you can take them out or delete them whenever you like (see the privacy page).
• Be gentle.Only add information about other people that you would be comfortable with them seeing, and don't use Buds to harass, spam, or harm anyone.
• As-is. Buds is provided without warranties of any kind. It tries hard to keep your garden safe, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, it is not liable for lost data or missed hellos.
• Fair use.Accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access other people's data may be closed.
• Changes. These terms may be updated as Buds grows; the date above always says when.
